1. Credit and Debit Cards

The most commonly used method of payment is with a credit or debit card.
We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and Mastercard.
If this won’t work for you in your country, there are other alternatives.

 

2. We also Accept Payments via Western Union and MoneyGram

If you wish to pay for your order with Western Union or Money Gram,
please send an e-mail request to moreinfo@radiantwonder.com asking for detailed instructions. Do NOT send the money without contacting us first. There are some specific directions that need to be followed.

 

International Shipping – the choice and the risks

For Countries with reliable post

USPS $20.00 For countries with secure postal services. Always for United Kingdom, Japan, New Zealand, Australia.

UK, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Austria, Germany, Spain, Ireland – $20
USPS $10.00 for Canada

Orders usually take 8 – 10 days to arrive if you are in the above countries.

Will you want to send your package by USPS (United States Postal Service) or by FEDEX International?

USPS Standard International Shipping

USPS standard is only $20.00 and is not trackable except departure and arrival, and not insured.* (So if the package is lost, stolen, or takes a long time to reach you, it is your responsibility.) Please note that it could take up to 3 months for a package to arrive depending on the country it is going to with this method. We have no way to control how long it takes for it to reach its destination nor do we have the ability to track the package once it leaves the country.

*Note: For some countries USPS has a $50.00 shipping option. This is case by case and always changing. If this is the case for your country
we will let you know. Some countries that are $50 shipping include: Nigeria, South Africa, Cyprus, Azerbaijan

 

FedEx

FedEx is expensive, but trackable, insured and guaranteed to deliver within 5-7 days. If the package is lost you are not responsible.

USPS

International postage/handling through United States Postal Service USPS is $20.00
This is a good service and is generally reliable if you live in a country which has a reliable postal service, however, you only get a tracking number which only shows the date your products were shipped.

 

USPS International PRIORITY MAIL ($50.00 instead of $20.00)

If you are in other countries where the package can take, as much as 2 months to arrive, for example to South Africa, you can contact us directly and request this.
You would have to place this order with us in person, or request a quote to be paid so we can manually make that change for you.
USPS International PRIORITY mail will likely help the package to arrive in 2-3 weeks.

You do not need to sign for your package. We obtain a tracking number which records the date that your order is shipped and the day that it is delivered to you.

Please note that this does not include postal insurance and there is no way to recover a lost package. This service is very reliable however we cannot be held responsible for delays due to the vagaries of the postal system or delays due to Customs.

 

FEDEX INTERNATIONAL

FedEx is more expensive (average cost $150) but it offers the following benefits –

  • Detailed Tracking Information which you may access
  • Products Protected with Insurance
  • Faster Delivery (3-5 days for economy)
  • Delivery Guaranteed

This means that if your package is not delivered, it is covered by insurance and FedEx would refund your shipping cost and the cost of your lost products. If you do not live in a country where the postal service is reliable and secure, we strongly urge you to use FEDEX International.

If your package weighs more than 3 pounds, the cost may be higher. Orders usually take 5 – 8 days to arrive.
