Foods which nurture your deep energy reserves. (your Yin Jing)

Adding some of these foods into your diet helps your body have more reserve energy (the energy you run on “when you have no energy”). They are deeply nourishing to your body.

Yin (or Essence) is comprised of blood and a clear fluid (which we also call yin). The moisture from good body yin shows up in the moisture of your skin, a strong voice (the lungs are not dry and the voice weak or crackly). It is also seen in sexual fluids, and, for women, cervical mucus. Yin keeps the organs supple, flexible and youthful. And we tend to lose it as we age.
